I am having difficulty finding books in my library that I have purchased. !) What's an easy way to do that? 2) Can I bring my books to the top of the list?
Try this to download the app on your Mac. Make sure you download the correct version for your Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel): https://www.logos.com/get-started
This will get you in touch with Logos Support should you need it:

Welcome @Bruce Wasserman
I’m not quite following your question. Our libraries show a list of books we have purchased (or got for free) so should be showing them.
Could you provide a bit more detail please?

When I click on filters I don't get all those choices. I am very new at this and am having lots of navigation trouble. How do I get to those filter choices? What other settings or steps do I need to take to get there?
You should see those filter options if you open the sidebar by clicking the icon I've outlined below
If you don't see those, can you post a screenshot showing what you do see?
And, just to confirm, you are seeing this on the desktop app - not mobile or web?
I am on the web. I tried downloading the app to my Mac but got a message that it couldn't be downloaded to my device
Is there like a help desk for Logos so i don't eat up your time?

What Mac do you have and which version of MacOS?
Apple Silicon or Intel: I have a computer sitting here in a box, to set up when I feel better. How do I tell if it is Apple Silicon or Intel?
Thanks all. I have it on my Mac now (I think) I contacted Support like some of you suggested. They told me I could find my book in bible translation and gave me a link. My purchase was a NKJV interlinear. I would never have thought to look where they said. So the immediate issue is solved. With the link they sent can get to my purchase. But it doesn't solve the greater problem of learning how to navigate through the library. I need help understanding the filters. Several of you showed me screenshots of a long list of filters, but I don't know how you got there. When I click filters I get: Subject, Type, Author, Series, Publisher, Language. Where do I go from there to get to where the Support folks gave me a link?
And, as long as you are all helping, I have only purchased 2 things from Logos. One I can find in the library by title and the other is what have been trying to find. How do I get my purchases to the top of my library list, given that there are so many other (free) things listed?
@scooter "Apple Silicon or Intel: I have a computer sitting here in a box, to set up when I feel better. How do I tell if it is Apple Silicon or Intel?"
Unless it has been sitting in a box for several years, it should be Apple Silicon. The transition began in November 2020, and the last Apple with an Intel chip was produced in June 2023.

Does the information in this article help you?

We can't move things around in the library and I'm wondering why you would find it helpful to be able to do that?
I guess if I understood better search procedures for the library I could find my stuff easier and wouldn’t need it
I think the disconnect on the list of Library filters was because you were running Logos on the Web versus Logos Desktop on your Mac. Now that you have it download to your Mac, when you go to the Library, do you see the full list of filters similar to which Graham pointed earlier? Here is a screenshot from my computer.
There is not a way to filter to your specific purchases in the way you are thinking since all of the resources included with the base Logos are essentially your "purchases" but there is an easy way to get to a list of the most recent purchase(s). First make sure the "Last Updated" column is visible. If it is not visible in your list of columns, right click on any column heading and select "Last Updated" to show it - it will be the last column. You can then drag and drop the column headings into the order you want them displayed. After doing so, click on the "Last Updated" column in the Library list to sort on that column - be sure the arrow is pointing down for descending - and scroll to the top of the list. The list of resources is now sorted with the most recently updated resources listed first. Your purchase may not be the very first one as Logos continues to update resources from time to time to remedy typos and fix indexing (thanks Logos!), but the resource you recently purchased should be near the top since you recently purchased it.
As for the NKJV interlinear you purchased, I am making an assumption here as to which resource it actually is, but it likely will not be shown in this Library list. An interlinear is a tool add-on to the NKJV Bible version rather than an independent resource listed in the Library. Here is a link to Logos help on how to access and use an interlinear: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016304852-Deepen-your-Understanding-of-Biblical-Languages-with-Interlinears
Hopefully that helps. If you have additional questions, reply back and we are happy to help.

I believe that column shows the date when it was updated on that particular machine, so in this case probably all books have the same date. Same is true for the "Added" filter option, I think.
@scooter If you go to the Apple Menu on your Mac and click About This Mac.
Under Chip, if it says "Apple M" (or "Apple A" for a MacBook Neo), it's Apple Silicon. If it says "Intel", it's Intel.

Thanks - I was wondering if it didn't meet the system requirements but that's all fine.

Are there any Logos training videos on how to use the Andersen-Forbes Hebrew database
Tried to switch the layout. Does nothing. In the past I have had to restart Logos a few times. Any idea what the issue is?
When I use the app version on my pc, in my NET Bible I see many verses underlined. The popup says "(number of people) highlighted this." I don't want to see everyone else's highlighting. When use the ONLINE version of LOGOS and open the same bible, I DON'T see the underlining. I DON't see the underlining on my mobile…
