Connectivity via the LOGOS Web App for use on my desktop has continued to worsen.
I estimate I first experienced the "502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.26.3" error in Jan 2026. At that time the incident occurred less frequently, perhaps 2-3/week. However, conditions have worsened, I now experience the issue daily. Often, I cannot access the application at all, lay aside sign into my account.
I [attempt] to sign-in & use LOGOS everyday, from 8:00pm to 12:30am (Pacific Time) .
Can you help me, or is this an attempt to migrate web app users to the desktop app? Please be honest so I don't waste time continuing to correct the error.
