For Commentaries allow an option of All Passages, which ignores pages without bible milestones
- I realise there could be intervening pages without bible milestones
- EEC 1-3 John (probably others) would include a lot of initial content about the book, but I can at least tell the Wizard to read pg 43-705 for the commentary and still retain bible passages for the Readings
- NIVACB Wizard also does a good job of using pages for relevant commentary whilst retaining bible passages for Readings
Editing a milestone Plan reverts the Readings to page numbers e.g. changing Wizard page range to another range or changing Whole Book to a page range.
- this needs to be fixed to avoid deleting the Plan and restarting with the desired page range.
