Not sure what's happening…every time I try to conduct a search, I receive no populated search results. I was told that this was a graphics issue as result from Mac's Tahoe software. I use the search tool frequently so this is a bit of an inconvenience. Especially when you're a pastor who has to prepare for Sunday sermons and teaching through the week, and paying for an annual subscription for Logos Max. Each time I search as seen from the examples below, I get the same results. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!
Hi @Gil Vargas it works fine for me on Tahoe, quotes around the term or not (see image). This is not a graphics issue - if it was I think you would see results but with rendering problems on-screen.
If it was me, I would type
Rebuild Index
in the command box, wait for it to finish, then close and restart Logos. This looks like a corrupt or incomplete index, given that Logos knows the word to refer you to Factbook.
I assume you know how to tell when the index has been rebuilt - depending on the size of your library and computer speed, this could take hours - so don't do it when you need it for sermon prep, as it will make some things not work temporarily that you might need. Ask if you need helping knowing when the indexing is done.
Report back!
Tahoe 26.3.1 has an update to 26.3.1 (a); try that if you haven't already.
