Are Monty Mills Commentaries no longer available from Logos.com
Interesting, but it seems that they are not. Funny, since a collection of his commentaries was included in the Christmas 2010 special. Can't speculate on what may have happened.
I just wanted to say that I have looked also. I have multiple of his books because my mother attended his John Wesley Bible Class at Highland Park UMC in Dallas, TX. I inherited the books when she died. I attended some of the classes long ago when I visited her. I think many of these books were created for his Sunday School class and they were distributed by 3E ministries.

The two that I have did indeed have the 3E reference. I can only speculate but would guess that Logos lost the right to further distribute his works at some point.
I checked my library and I have two:
I purchased Five Messianic Psalms individually in 2008 for 4.95. I'm not sure when I acquired "Life of Christ." It must have been included in a bundle, because I don't have an individual purchase for it.
