Sequence of Text and Figures Off for The Literary Structure of the Old Testament

The sequence of commentary and figures in the The Literary Structure of the Old Testament: A Commentary on Genesis–Malachi by David Dorsey is extremely difficult to follow. Here is the sequence for Micah which is representative of problems in the entire book.

This sequencing may follow the formatting of the printed book (I do not have a copy of the book to confirm), but the sequencing does not make sense in an electronic format and has me scrolling forward and back sometimes multiple screen pages to find the figure being referenced. And again Micah is just one example. All of the OT books covered are this way.

@Chris Heil Forgive me if I am misunderstanding something here.

If I click on the reference to Figure 32.1 in the Introduction, this hyperlink instantly brings up the outline for the book.

If I then click on the back arrow to the left of the navigation bar, it instantly brings me back to where I left off in the Introduction.

I don't understand why it is necessary to scroll back and forth as you describe.
