Below is the Sermon visual filter sidebar for a sermon on Song of Solomon 1. For some reason, it doesn't show up for most of verse 4.

I can reproduce it on NKJV
It looks as though it is related to the specific formatting in verse 4. I can get the sermon indicators to appear by turning off Paged View or by reformatting the text and turning off some of the display options.
