Bug or Tagging Issue: Sermon Visual Filter Sidebar for Song of Solomon 1

I can't reproduce this

Please advise what Bible you are seeing this one - and please post another screenshot showing the sermon info pane open.

I can reproduce it on NKJV

It looks as though it is related to the specific formatting in verse 4. I can get the sermon indicators to appear by turning off Paged View or by reformatting the text and turning off some of the display options.
