Lack of Video in Product

I recently purchased the product When I Don't Desire God - Full Video Series. Everything works fine on my IOS devices; iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. However, on my Windows laptop I get a blank screen with audio but no video. I don't know if there is a setting I'm missing or if this is a bug.

There's an option in Program Settings called Enable Hardware Acceleration

I suggest you ensure it is set to Yes
