Unfortunately, the instructions at https://community.logos.com/discussion/257313/psa-logos-7-and-8-license-service-retiring-june-30-2026-heres-what-you-need-to-do?id_mc=38341782&utm_campaign=l7l8-servershutdown&utm_source=sfmc&utm_medium=email&utm_content=04262026_Logos_GEN_EN_TRNS_license-server-shut-down-notice-l7-l8&utm_id=523664&sfmc_id=38341782 do not seem to match my situation. I've had v8.17.0.22 (Intel, 2021) on an iMac. (I purchased Logos simply to use one specialized resource, which I haven't needed to access in a while.) Now I have a newer iMac with an M1 chip and OS 26.3. So as instructed, I downloaded the newest version, installed, and opened it. It promptly asked permission to open Verbum. Fine. But neither the newest Logos nor Verbum show any menu under a "Go" box at the top, as described in the instructions. And when I click on "Verbum" at the upper left (to check its menu), the app quits! I have my doubts that this is a stable and workable arrangement.
