Can't open my logos program says my program is not compatible needs the update says go to logo.com

when I click on my icon to open logos it pops up and says. An upgrade is required some of your documents and resources are not compatible with this version, to continue using this version of logos update to version 5.0 or later

to install the latest version go to www.logos.com.install. I follow that process it says you're run into an error and nothing

Tom, without additional information it is hard to help.

Have you tried rebooting and running the install program again?

If you do this and it again fails, any information that pops up would be helpful

It would also be very helpful to attach log files to your post. You can find out more here. Please enable logging before trying another install.

thanks for responding, I continue to play around with it I'm old and I don't know what I'm doing I reloaded it several times and finally you went to a different place and I kept going and I think I got it fixed thanks for your help
