Can't create book suggestion in forum

I am not able to create a new book suggestion. In the dev console it says axios error, validation failed I have to have at least one tag. But I tried it with one or more tags but nothing worked. Then I tried to save it as a draft, this didn't work either.

This is a new error. I haven't seen this before.

As you can see I added a tag. I also tried multiple tags. Also saving of the draft doesn't work.
