I like resources that address the canonicity of the New Testament. Does anyone have any input on this resource or its author. I've not familiar with either.

Thanks,

He's an important scholar of previous generations. His Wikipedia article contains suggestions of his work's importance.
I know him best from his Paul: An Outline of His Theology. (But I'm dating myself.)
He also has some commentaries that are important contributions.
I do not have the resource in question, but it's probably pretty good but also almost 40 years old.
TGC article says he was one of most influential scholars of 20th century but little personal info about him.
https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/blogs/justin-taylor/herman-ridderbos-1909-2007/ From the article: “Rev. Dr. Herman Ridderbos, one of the foremost developers of the redemptive-historical approach to Biblical theology, a hallmark of Westminster Theological Seminary”
Thanks for the replies. It's not too expensive, I will probably get it.
