Available resources in Library

Question

Why are there more resources available in my library when accessing my account through the browser version (847) than I have available in the app version (761)?

For example, I can access the NIV bible on the browser, but it is not included in my library on the APP.

Because, due to licensing arrangements, Logos are able to make some resources available for free on the web app (and mobile - for access only, not download) that they can't make available on desktop.
