Ever have Biblical text suddenly highlight everything in BLUE? Here's a pic - I did NOT highlight this text. Once it gets highlighted, I have to reboot program to make it look right.

Do you have a Study Assistant panel open, if so try closing it?

This happens to me regularly. I think Graham is correct. This seems to be an unintended bug, as there is no useful purpose for highlighting the text.

It's intended to show the portion of text that the Study Assistant is drawing from.
