On Logos.com I add l;et say Logos 9 gold $499 to my cart, then click payment plans Klarna pops up with 5 options and says pick one. However, nothing is clickable. What is going on?
Hi Randall, thank you for reporting this, sorry for the trouble. Were you in the cart, and then clicked "See plans", and saw a screen like this? If so, this is just the preview of what may be available to you through Klarna. To use Klarna for your purchase, click "Proceed to Checkout" at the bottom right, and then you'll be able to select Klarna after adding your address. Let us know if it was something else you encountered or if you have any other questions!
I am at the page that says place order. Above my debit card information, it says as low as $44 a month see plans It shows me like 6 options none are clickable so how do I get a plan if I can't click on one?
I called support and they said for some reason the payment plans don't work so in order for me to set up a plan call them. They can't explain why it doesn't work but they can do a plan on the phone. All the guy said was it is suppose to work.
