Here are a few screenshots and new features in the program: I did take these in French, German, English and Spain though, so don’t be surprised. I’m posting them on four forums; otherwise, I’d have to do everything four times.

But now to the new features: For example, you can now use the main menu bar in different modes—full view, ultra-compact, compact, with a pop-up additional button, etc.—offering maximum flexibility. When searching for books, you’ll now also see book recommendations from your own library, along with links to the Logos Shop. And there’s a “Book Info” button. This means that when you find books in the advanced search and/or under “Related Resources,” a button will appear after a short while indicating whether book information is available; if so, you can click this button to read the details. You just have to wait a moment, as multiple sources are being queried.

So I hope you enjoy all these new features!

LLR-Revival is a free browser-based tool that gives you a visual overview of your entire Logos library — organized by category, author, epoch and language. It shows you what you actually own, makes it searchable in ways Logos itself doesn't offer, and opens any book directly in Logos with one click.

At its core it's a cross-searching tool: you search once and see results across your whole library. On top of that it includes a Sermon Workshop with 350 pericopes, word studies in Hebrew, Greek and Latin, AI-generated outlines, a daily Bible verse, book recommendations, and more.

No installation, no app store — just unzip and open the HTML file in your browser. Works on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.

Just a quick follow-up as a helping hand for the AI features:

The two AI features in LLR-Revival — book recommendation and sermon outline — require an AI provider and an API key. You enter both once in the settings.

Recommended for getting started: Groq. Free, fast and powerful. Simply create an account at console.groq.com, generate an API key under "API Keys", and enter it in LLR-Revival under Settings → AI — done.

For more choice: OpenRouter is also free and gives access to many different models through a single interface. Slightly slower than Groq but very flexible. Account at openrouter.ai.

For the best quality: Anthropic Claude is paid, but very high quality — especially for theological texts and demanding sermon outlines, it's the top choice. Account at console.anthropic.com.

For maximum privacy: Ollama runs entirely locally on your own computer, no API key needed, no data leaves your machine. Requires a little technical setup. ollama.com.

Hello LLR Revival friends,

I retested the uploaded packages today following an error report from the community. It became clear that there is currently still a corrupted file in the packages that has been blocking important functions—including Related Resources and Book Classification. Therefore, I have temporarily removed all packages from the server and will first fix the issue. I strongly recommend that you download everything again and perform a fresh installation as soon as I have the ZIP packages back online. Anyone who keeps the old packages will continue to experience problems.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, things like this can’t always be avoided. Take comfort in the fact that I’ve installed and uninstalled the packages several hundred times to get to this point. ;-) I’ll try to fix it quickly—God willing, everything should be back online by tomorrow morning.

Dear community,

the optimisation took a little longer than planned — but it was worth it! Some files weren't working correctly, that's now fixed. I recommend downloading the Nova packages again and reinstalling.
