Let's start a list of prompts proven to work in Logos AI Searches
Inspirational Opening:
I prompted the bot for Romans and grace,
It answered with charts from outer space.
“Context!” I cried — “Read verse two through ten!”
It quoted a toaster… then said, “Amen.” —by ChatGPT
I asked the AI for wisdom of old,
It gave me some verses, half-truth, half-bold.
I prompted more clearly with chapter and verse,
And got the right Scripture — or something far worse. —by Claude
Complete hallucinations —by Grok
Enough poetry already. Humans might do better on their own.
Main Sermon: 89% of a recent survey responded that they were subscribers. 43% find Logos's AI promising. That could be based on 10 people, 100 people, or a million. Hard to know. But we might have quite a few who like AI in Logos. I am pretty much at the point-and-shoot stage, taking the shotgun approach. Result mileage is all over the map—sometimes surprisingly good, other times unreliable. So I don't use Logos AI much. But I am among those with a glimmering hope. I mean, I did subscribe.
That means we might have some skilled help out there.
Closing Clincher: For those getting results that amaze—please share the Logos AI prompts as search templates for those searches that avoid gobbledygook and flat-out errors, and produce useful and sometimes amazing results.
Overtime: In some future version (for Subscribers only—but plenty of pop-ups for non-subscribers), Logos could offer a pick list of prompts that make AI more useful.
