Bible Word Study -- Access to Features -- New Premium Subscription User

Question

In Bible Word Study on Mac, I don't have access to several features I would like to use: Lemma in Passage, Example Uses and Case Frames. Is this due to my subscription tier (premium) or missing datasets/resources? Which subscription tier or resources will enable those sections? I called Customer Service, and they just gave me a website link, but I couldn't figure it out. I would appreciate some guidance if possible.

This (the forums) is the best place to get help on how to find/use/use better all of the features and everything that Logos has to offer.

I guess maybe I'm confused?  The two features are part of Max … case frames (hebrew/greek) and lemma in passage.

So, you'd need Max. And Max has resources for their use.

By the way, welcome to Logos and the forum. Logos isn't easy but well worth it.

Thank you very much for your response. How can I figure out if the problem is missing features based on my lower subscription tier, or missing resources? It's pretty confusing, to be honest. It's not clear to me how upgrading to Max would change my experience, despite spending a fair bit of time on that link and looking at the other chart you provided. And my experience calling customer service was not good. It's not that I can't access the website page; it's that the information is not clear to a very new user like myself. I have only been using Logos for two months (on the trial).
