I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops.
Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
What happens if you type Update Now in the command box?
When I try to login to LOGOS it doesn't open, but start to show the download window. It stoped at 20%

Do you exit the Download window when it stops at 20%? Because you will exit into the Logos app from where you can start manual downloading, provided Library lists all your books .
