Unable to Access Logos with No Internet

Last night, our Internet went down and when I tried to open Logos, all I got was the splash screen. I tried restarting my computer and even holding down the CTRL button, but nothing worked. The Internet is back up and everything is working fine now, but is there a way to open Logos when you have no Internet?

That’s very strange as Logos should work perfectly well without Internet access (some functions will not be available)

(It does need Internet access the first time you use it but that doesn’t seem to be the issue here)
