Printing to PDF removes all color from a document, i.e. all the pictures in an article come out black-and-white. Is this by design? If so, I'd like the option to keep the colors.
Also, when printing off Biblical Archaeology Review articles, none of the footnotes get printed, though the indicators are still present in the text. I wondered if this was related to the setting of "copy citations" or "copy footnotes" but after playing around with it, it doesn't seem to be. Is this a general issue, or just related to the funny way BAR does it?
