Locally on my computer
One finds everything in the same location:
C:\Documents and Settings\name\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4\Data\<random>\ResourceManager\Resources or thereabouts in SQLite dbs
While files in Logos are stored locally on your computer Logos has said in the past that they do not encourage messing with L4 files like you could in L3. I'm not sure where exactly the Favorites file is stored.
While they are stored locally, your local file is synced to their servers.
On my system they are stored in a SQLite database located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4\Documents\4asxrlsf.kyr\FavoritesManager\favorites.db
Your path will of course be different depending on OS, user ID, and random folder name.
