I give up it still does the same thing. Here is a picture of what I am looking at. You can see by the scroll bar on the right that it only goes to page 6
Try turning on the table of contents and see what it shows. I'm assuming of course that you unzipped the files.

1. Toggle the contents page icon. The one second from the right.
2. Expand the contents that appear in the left panel.

I suspect it was to the end of the first element in the TOC.

The resource was compiled into divisions with each division being paged/numbered seperately.
There are two way to access this type of file:
1. By clicking on a contents item.
2. By rt. clicking the item in your library, click on "about this resource", scroll down and click on the table of contents to open to a specific place in the resource.
3. You cannot scroll the entire resource using the scroll bar alone.
