If you delete the "C:\Users\Graceman\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\hyg14ybn.lt4\ResourceManager\Resources\excerpts.lbsexc" file, Logos 4 should be able to start up without crashing.
Beta 5 should also fix this bug.
