new buyer needs help with ipad app

So I just bit the bullet and bought my first Logos base package - the Leaders edition. It's still downloading to my macbook, but I tried opening up my iPad and seeing all my new books, but was disappointed to find that the library - even the library of *free* books that was previously available - is now completely empty! Any suggestions? I still have the 3 Bibles that I previously downloaded to the ipad.

Logos is having problems on their end today. I've never seen Logos down in the four years I have owned it. They should have it fixed soon.

Not sure but you might try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work I have read where others have deleted and reinstalled the app to solve some problems. Also keep an eye on server status. I read in another forum that there are possible server issues at the moment and that might effect you. Early on when they were fixing books and accounts on the iOS some folks seemed to be syncing with different servers and they wouldn't get fixes at the same time as others. I say all that to say this: If things don't work out you might try again in a little bit and see if it was a server problem causing your library issues.

I've tried logging in/out a few times, and just tried the delete/reinstall app idea. No luck. Must be a server issue ... hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Welcome to the forums. There is a forum specifically for the iPad and iPhone which is more apt to have an answer than the general forum.

ah man, I feel your pain. I can only imagine how excited you were to check out your books on your IPad. Would figure on the day you get it the servers are down...and on a weekend...maybe a three day weekend. That must be why RefTagger wasn't working for me earlier today.
