The only way that I know of is to do an Entire Library search; your note file hits show up there.

When doing a Bible Search would it be possible/useful to add a "notes" checkbox under All Bible Text that would allow a search to include a search of your notes?

You should put that suggestion in the suggestions forum with the heading "Sugg: Put a notes checkbox option in bible search" or something similar...
