If I copy to clipboard or export to Word/HTML any images in the document are not exported...

Confirmed. I tried it with the same Title page from Kairos: A Beginning Greek Grammar that you were using in another recent post, and the image did not come across to Word.
This is a known issue (inadvertently left off release notes), and development is working on the problem. I've added the known issue to the 4.1 Gold release notes.
