I'm running Logos 4.2 beta 3 and all my collections have disappeared. Has this happen to anyone else? If not I guess I will have to recreate them.

First, beta issues should be put in the PC Beta Forum.
Second, I'd recommend recreating only one collection and then restarting L4. They should still be on the server (unless you manually deleted them!) and this usually stimulates sync'ing.
