Please help me

I am having this problem in both my computer and laptop,is there a solution to this problem?

    I have only seen problems like this when the Video card is underpowered or perhaps overheated.

    You've been using Logos for a while now, is this the first time this has happened?

    Did you recently update your video card driver?

    Something like this has happened on my computer a few times, and a complete shutdown and then restart of the computer usually solves it.

    I think this has  happened in both in my laptop and
    computer sincea almost   three or four
    months.It happens most of the time when it starts to open to a new

    It definitely sounds like your video card is being pushed to the limit.

    Do you know what video card you have?  And how much video memory?

    I was asking if you had updated it, because "recent changes" are often the cause of a problem.  As for updating your video driver, it depends on your computer manufacturer.  For instance Mine is a Dell and if I go the Dell support website and navigate to my computer model I can see if there are new drivers.  

    sometimes (but not always) a new video driver may fix problems like this.

    Thomas is probably dead-on regarding your issue. However, if you haven't done it, shut down all your applications and shut down Windows gracefully (i.e. use "Shut Down", not "Restart"). Let it sit for a minute after the shut down completes, then turn on your PC, log in, and let it sit for a couple of minutes after your login. At that point, try running Logos (i.e. don't start any other applications).

    If you get the same error, you'll need to follow Thomas' advice about debugging your video card and/or driver. One thing you could try is disabling the "Aero" theme (assuming you're using it): Control Panel, Personalization, Appearance.

    If it works OK, your computer probably just got into a state that we technical people describe as "wonky". ;) In that case, hopefully it's permanently fixed.

    1) Shut down your computer using the normal mechanism to do a clean shutdown (click the round "Start" button - the same one you use to see all your programs - and click the "Shut down" button that's toward the lower right of the window that pops up).

    2) Wait for your computer to completely shut down, and leave it shut down for a minute or two.

    3) Turn your computer on. Go ahead and login when prompted (assuming you have it configured to log in - if not, just wait until Windows is completely up and running - the hourglass / spinning cursor isn't spinning any more). Then wait another couple of minutes.

    4) Start Logos. (Don't start any other applications.)

    If it works normally, then the whole problem may have been fixed just by shutting down and restarting Windows.

    If you get the same error, you'll have to do some more work. If I were in your situation, I'd probably call the Logos technical support folks and explain to them the display issue you're seeing (you can even have them look at this forum thread).

    After you shut down and restart Windows, let us know if it started working or not. Maybe some other folks will have suggestions if it's still not working.

    Thank you Donnie, you have explained it very clearly,but I have still problem to understand all of that, but as you have mentioned it ,now it is 12:30 eastern time ,I am going to call the logos technique support as soon as possible.

    I was told by some one from logos technique, that I would need extra ram for my Computer and if I buy window 7,  64 bit may settle the problem with my Laptop.I appreciate for the help I could enjoy.God bless you.
