Are we expecting a new beta release this side of the new year, or is the Christmas party still in full swing?
Beta release cycle has begun... 4.2a Beta 2 is the most recent.
During the 4.2a Beta, we plan to release the Mac and Windows betas together (or as close together as possible). To reduce some of the overhead associated with coordinating the releases (i.e., spend more time coding! [:)]), we'll be shipping a beta every other week (rather than every week as in the past). Beta 3 should be released (for Mac and Windows) on 21 December.
