Bug: 4.2a Beta 4: Superscript/Subscript do not work in clippings or notes

Select text in Bible, right-click, add a clipping to whatever clipping file you want. Verse numbers come over un-superscripted. Can’t superscript them by selecting them and clicking the superscript icon on the toolbar; it already shows that they are superscripted, but they are not showing up that way.

I just realized the Superscript toolbar icon doesn't work in Notes either. Nor does Subscript.

I get the same fault in L4 Mac Beta 4.

I remember this being reported as a "bug" many months ago.

I assumed it had been fixed by now (but I don't use notes...)

Superscript, subscript, and small caps do not work with every font in the Rich Text Editor for Notes and Clippings. Logos 4 supports superscript/subscript/small caps for OpenType fonts that support those features.

Times New Roman is one that does not support any of those formats. The Default and Calibri fonts support all three (as do some others). The Cambria font supports only small caps and superscript, but not subscript.

I guess I knew that at one time but had forgotten it. It sure isn't obvious.

Times New Roman supports superscript/subscript/small caps in Word. Why wouldn't it work in the Rich Text Editor? It's a very common font and has long been a default for many Windows programs.
