A basic question about Hebrew Lemmas

Where do I find the list of lemmas and their definitions corresponding to the lemma numbers that Logos uses in the interlinears? For example in Gen 1:2, for the word "spirit", the lemma is 3 רוח . Where can I find how many different lemmas there are for the consonant set רוח , and what their definitions are? I don't seem to see this particular list in any of the many lexicons I have. And in cases I find myself disagreeing with the number, thinking that some should really be combined as the same lemma. So I am wondering how these decisions are made and where they are documented.

The lemma set seems to be determined by the editor that compiles the morphology for a specific text. You can use the word picker (i.e. h:ruah) to reveal when differentiation is occurring.

We can see from these screen-shots that the editors of the AFAT took a much more expansive view of what is linguistically represented by רוח. It's possible that the lexicons you have don't subscribe to the same linguistic theory that the AFAT editors do.
