Print/Export Crash

Installed L4 on new system and most seems to be OK. However, when I select Print/Export, the screen appears and it begins the process of loading the particular page to be printed only to stop with the message "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working." I've repeated this several times with the same result. No once has it worked properly. What should I do?

Tried to Print/Export an outline of Acts from various sources; eg, New Bible Dictionary, Holman Bible Dictionary, New American Commentary, etc. In addition I tried to do the same from NIV. I've tried to attach the log file. Hope it works. 8712.Logos4Crash.txt

The error was an out-of-memory exception. Try re-booting and attempt again.

Tried reboot to no avail. I don't undrestand the out-of-memory exception; the system has 8 GB of RAM.

Unless it has something to do with how memory is being allocated.

That said, it shouldn't be happening and perhaps there is a component problem. It might be a good idea to contact Tech Support because probably none of us have seen this same problem.
