How do I toggle through highlights?

I'm having trouble finding highlight that I know exists in the ESV. I changed the pull down menu to select "Highlight", and then try to use the up and down arrows, but it is not working as expected. It goes between two highlights, but doesn't find others elsewhere. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure it exists in the ESV? I have not seen any bugs in this feature that would make it not find some highlights that do actually exist. But I could be proven wrong.

It should find all highlights regardless of type.

Perhaps its due to these being annotaions not highlights, I believe there is a difference as the software views it, it doesnt work for me in 4.2a Beta 6 either

Highlights dont have the yellow box, it would be nice to have annotations added to the menu

Dominic is right; there is a difference between Highlighting and annotations (what Logos calls Notes), and the Next Highlight command does not stop at notes. There should be a next/prev Note option on that menu as well. I might have requested this once before already; I can't remember.

It's bizarre that it finds the first example you gave, which is a Note marker not a Highlight (unless you've also manually applied a highlighting style there which the eye cannot distinguish from the automatic highlighting that gets applied when you insert a Note).

OK, I understand now. Whenever I selected a text and right-clicked to add a note, I guess I thought I was highlighting too, since that is the way the finished action appears. I don't remember what I did at Philippians 2:10, but it does find it!

I agree, Rosie, a next/Prev Note option would be nice. At least now I know what is going on and can adjust my highlighing accordingly.

Try this: select some text including the highlighting at Phil 2:10, and then press Ctrl+Shift+K. That will remove any true highlighting that might be there (not the auto-highlight that's there because of the note). Then try the Next Highlight again and see if this time it finds the Phil 2:10 note. If it does, then there's a bug in there somewhere.
