Metadata Seraching

I was curious to know if when you perform a basic search, is there any way to search metadata (if there is any) of a resource rather than just keywords within the text? I know that when I go to the Library I can type "title:MyExample" and that works, but I don't seem to have the same functionality within basic searching. One reason I am asking is for the volumes of journal articles I have purchased. With online journal searching (e.g. EBSCO), I have the ability to search metadata for titles, author, subject, etc. I was hoping to see something similar in Logos. If there are more search options, could you please direct me to a place where I can read more about them? Thanks.

Never mind. I found it in the search drop down. I was using the wrong tags. it worked for heading:MyExample for journals along with author:MyAuthor. Very cool. Thanks.

It appears that quite a few of my resources don't have largetext or heading as a searchable option (e.g. my systematic theology resources). Do you have an explanation why this is or know if these are intended to be added as largetext. What is the difference between largetext and heading? Thanks.

Heading works only in resources where all the headings have been tagged internally as Heading, and so far that's just a few resources. LargeText is something they implemented as a stopgap to give us close to what the functionality of Heading will/would be if/when they get around to finishing tagging all the backlog of old resources with it. It just looks at the font size that the text is shown in and returns hits if it's in relatively large text (can't remember what the point size cutoff is, I think it's 14 point). There might still be some resources where the headings are only 13 point and thus don't get picked up by this method.
