Tools: Copy Bible Verses - footnote bug?

I am trying to copy the text of a bible passage, including footnotes, but NOT the section titles, etc. using the copy bible verses tool. I don't seem to find a way to do this. When I explore the coding of the styles "right click>edit style", I find these coding comments:

FULLY FORMATTED WITH FOOTNOTES (style)

%UseBibleParagraphs
%CopyAllText

SIMPLE PARAGRAPH (style)

%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation

Ideally, I would simply delete the coding "%NoFootnotes" and be able to copy footnotes within a simple paragraph format. (In my simple mind, that is.) This doesn't seem to work however.

QUESTION #1: Is this a BUG or a DESIGN PARAMETER?

QUESTION #2: Is there a cheat sheet of coding comments that could assist me in designing a new style?

I can't get this to work either. As far as I can see the only way to get footnotes included is to use the %CopyAllText command. This can be modified by using things like %NoFootnotes to get rid of them but I can't see any way of introducing them if they aren't there already.

Unless anyone can point out what we are missing we would need someone from Logos to comment on whether this is a bug or design parameter .
