Either the original edition by Sir Paul Harvey or the updated 2nd by M.C. Howatson would be a very helpful volume in Logos format. I pull this little volume out to check on backgrounds of Greek and Latin literature, authors, and culture from time to time. This would be a valuable addition. Anyone else agree?

I'd agree, but I am uncertain as to the cost.  The lastest revision is in 2009 edited by Dinah Birch is priced near 120 dollars.  The older versions seems to be in paperback a lot cheaper now due to the updated information in this last edition.   I'd probably pay no more than 10 dollars for the older versions on electronic format since I can purchase on a good deal some of the older ones from around 10 dollars to more, but what you are paying for in terms of the older versions is really a matter of a collecters item and not something worth an electronic book price.  Whereas the older the book gets, the higher the collector's value, the electronic version has no such collector value excepting as to its intrinsic value in English Literature for writing essays in post-secondary schooling.

I'll still give it a thumbs up, if the cost is low. [Y] I'd like to see more produced academic disciplines as English, which I am anticipating "the Harvard Classics and Fiction Collection" and "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare" on prepublication.

Since Clive Staples Lewis was an English professor, I'd enjoy seeing the complete works of "Milton," "Spencer," and even "Swift."

So am I, but I would opt for a delay if it were to speed up the DSS.
