Prepub orders not reflected on web site again

It appears that recent prepub orders that I have made, for example the 29 volume John Wesley Collection, are not reflected in the order button being grayed out. The order does show up in the Open Orders page of my account (and I received an email confirmation right away). There are 1 or two other recent orders the same way. It's been at least 3-4 days since I ordered so something has fallen thru the cracks...

Dominick, despite Graham's excellent reference to Phil's comment, I still find your experience odd: my pre-pubs are grayed out. At least the fist couple of ones--I haven't searched them all out. I thought that Phil's response was more in reference to what we own in base packages, etc.

Well, at least they show up on your "orders" page.

Dan's reply made me look at my prepubs and found that they seem to be greyed out as well.

Looks like my reference wasn't all that excellent after all!

It used to try to highlight the ones I didn't have (and failed). Now it doesn't highlight any.

I just tried ordering and and I didn't get a gray button yet. Phil once said that there was a short delay of up to an hour. But I betting it's currently affected by whatever they're doing to fix the ownership tracking.

All my older prepubs are grayed out. It used to be a day or so later they would allways be grayed out. Now in the last week I have 4 that are not grayed out yet I have ordered them and I have orders in my account on the web. They were ordered Feb 26 - Mar 2.

****WARNING - you know, this is messed up. I just clicked on my orders to John Wesley, Works of Arminius, Joseph Agar, and John Fletcher (the 4 that are not showing as ordered, and the screen does not pop to the product, it pops to this:

This is why there is a problem, the product links are different. For example, for the John Fletcher prepub:

On products/prepub page:

http://www.logos.com/product/8821/the-works-of-the-reverend-john-fletcher

on my orders page:
https://www.logos.com/product/9137/the-works-of-the-reverend-john-fletcher

So the button allows reorder because I have not ordered #8821, I have ordered #9137. Problem is, #9137 doesn't point anywhere!

For John Wesley, Arminius, Joseph Agar Beet, and John Fletcher, there are technically two separate Pre-Pubs:

The normal Pre-Pub. This is the Pre-Pub that's tied to the product page.
The Pre-Pub with the special upgrade pricing. This is a collection only for users who already own some of the books in the full collection. You'll get new files for everything in the collection without having to pay for the books you already own.

The Pre-Pub that has a product page is the full, normal Pre-Pub.

It looks like the Pre-Pub that you ordered, however, is the special upgrade—the one without a product page. This is why the Add to Button on the cart on the product page is appearing as grayed out for you: you technically didn't order it; you ordered the upgrade collection instead.

We are working on a fix so the Add to Cart button for the full collection will be grayed out, even though you ordered the upgrade collection. It should gray out within the next few hours for you (if it hasn't already).

We are also working to point the order link to your order to the correct product page.

Hope this helps clarify what's happening, and what we're doing to fix it.
