After a recent update, Logos 4 will not open on my MacBook. It hops once in the dock and that is it.

Could you please activate Diagnostic Logging for L4Mac and upload the log files here? Some of the experts here in the forums can take a look at it then.

See the first link in my signature for instructions in posting log files. The second link describes a utility (LogosLogScribe) that will automate much of the file gathering & compressing for you.

Appears initial download of Logos library in progress (to be followed by indexing library locally).
Suggest waiting for blue Logos icon to disappear from menu bar. Can hover mouse over icon for status update.
