Since the latest update every time i open Logos it runs an index why?

If there has been a bigger resource update, indexing might take a while. Make sure you let Logos finish indexing before you close the program, otherwise it will have to start all over again.
In case this shouldn't help, please activate Diagnostic Logging and send the log files here - some of the experts here on the forums can have a look on them then.
Need a little more info. How long does it run. Upon startup, the Indexer runs, but that is usually for a very short time.

Note that in L4 Mac Diagnostic Logging is already enabled. LogosLogScribe will automate much of the logging process for you. It will assemble the appropriate log files, compress them into an archive, and place it on your desktop. Post Logs then contains instructions for posting the file on the forum.
