Logos stopped creating snapshots of layouts in my setup. The last one saved was Sunday, it is Tuesday.

I tried to delete old layouts and the UI is not responding at all. Basically the function is not working anymore.

Has anyone experienced this or know of a workaround?

I restarted Logos, and it is completely confused. It created multiple layout check points at the exact same time. The default layout is essentially blank. Something is corrupted. How can I get back.

It will not let me rename, update, delete or any function related to layout. I am at a standstill

I found a file called layouts.db, but I do not want to mess with it until tech support instructs me how to rebuild it. Any ideas?

LogosLogScribe will automate the process of log gathering and place a compressed archive on your desktop. Then all you have to do is attach it to a forum post. I can't read logs, but KS4J never sleeps, and he does read Logese.

I wanted to do this, but now, my software does not work at all after the latest update, it's in an infinite loop of installing then crashing. I cannot get it to stop. I deleted my Logos 4 Software and starting from scratch.

I just don't have time for all this, i've only had it a couple of weeks and nothing but issues pop up. It will crash randomly and ask for logs to be send to apple which I do.

This happened to me, but I thought I had caused it. I switched the Update Channel from Beta to Stable, installed the upgrade, and then shifted back to Beta. My symptoms may be different from yours.

After installing SR-3, L4 would download the update again and inform me that an update was ready to install, but when I clicked "Install in Relaunch", I received an error message from the Installer which then refused to quit. Are your symptoms anything like this?

I finally went to Jackcav/Library/Application Support/Logos4/some random file name/Update Manager/Installers and deleted the disk image there. That stopped the endless attempts at installing an update.
