I have noticed since the download of Beta 3 that the Bible Harmonies seem to really slow things down. I have seen the spinning pizza, and don't remember seeing this before today. I especially noticed that opening the Old Testament Quotes in the New Testament to be very slow to load, even causing spinning pizza, and then continued slowness. When creating a layout with only the OTQNT and ESV, scrolling isn't that bad. Now, haven't really used this resource much before, and only opened it this weekend. So I can't say for sure that this isn't normal (common) behavior. Plus, I really don't scroll constantly when I am studying, and not just checking out the new drop. I initially noticed a lot of sluggishness after the drop, but then noticed in Console that there was a lot of Metadata updates going on in the background. My memory usage peaked well over 1.3g. Once everything settled down, memory seems fine.
