"Report typo" and "Remove highlighting - real improvement in 4.3 B4

I like the change to the way in which the "Report type" and "Remove highlighting" commands are now created in the right-click context menu without having to wait for KeyLink destinations to populate (as shown in the 4.3 B4 release notes).
