I have tested this with multiple notes files. In FULL mode, I see everything fine. In COMPACT mode, it only lists 4-5 of my notes and if I scroll up or down, the notes file appears blank.

Beta issues should be reported in the PC Beta forum. However, it is a known problem that should be fixed in the next release (next week?).
