Random fact that gives others a glimpse into who your are: I wish I had been a pastor

It is not too late. I was 37 when I sensed God's call, and my first reaction was "Lord, you obviously don't know how old I am." Next morning, my boss and I were discussion some mundane matters on running the submarine when he remarked out-of-the-blue, "My father was 50 years old when God called him to preach!"

At 45, you are not too old. If God is in it, you can do it. [Y]

Random fact that gives others a glimpse of who you are: I managed the data preparation for CDWord Library (the predecessor to Logos) while I was a student at DTS. That included scanning, proofreading, and html tagging for resources such as BDAG. CDROM drives were slow in those days!

Glad to meet you on the forums. CDWord Library was the reason I bought my first PC (a Magnavox!!). CD drives were all 1X at the time (and not labeled as so, because who ever heard of one going faster than, well, standard speed?) and my HD had a huge 80 MB capacity to go along with a robust 1 MB of RAM. Backups were via floppies and my modem ran at far less than the screaming 720 bps that some folks were crowing about at the time. Ah, the good old days!
