We have:

Title:                                                                  Series:

King James Bible Word Book

The King James Version

King James Version                                    The King James Version with Apocrypha

The King James Version Apocrypha        The King James Version with Apocrypha

King James Version Study Bible

The Lexham English Bible

The Lexham English Bible

The Series pairs the new 2009 KJV Interlinear  with 1995 Apocrypha, instead of the 1995 KJV. Please rename the new KJV eg. The King James Version 1900.  And they both have the same Short Name ie. KJV.

And we have duplicate LEB's - one interlinear, one not!

The King James thing is just a bit bizarre. Surely the new one could have the word "interlinear" or somesuch afterwards to help people find it.

The old KJV is not included in the LE collections, so it will (eventually) be renamed, and the new KJV will stay as "King James Version". (Upgrading customers who prefer the old KJV, have notes in it, etc. can rename the resources the other way by editing the titles in My Library.)

Two LEBs is a result of the internal ID being changed during the beta test. One of them will disappear when your beta licenses expire at the end of the year. (Or you can use resource info to identify the one that is LLS:LEXBIBLE and hide it right now.)

Thanks for pointing this out.  I can put the old KJV in my preferred list without it dragging the Apocrypha along with it. (The Apocrypha was taking a spot in the top bibles list if I had the KJV higher than the fifth position.)

The new KJV resource has a lot of cross references and footnote markers.  What is this symbol?

What does it mean and what does the dagger/cross symbol mean also?

The || is an alternative translation whilst the plus/dagger is a translator's note.

Thanks Bradley. I've changed the new KJV's title + short name (and also renamed the LLS:LEXBIBLE). Hopefully, these are retained when the inevitable update occurs!

User-created titles should always override our titles, and be retained when we update our titles.
