It all seems confusing to me. First I thought PBB's, but there are not enough out there.
Then I thought popular public domain in L4 format, but those are already sold at a premium.
Don't think it could be Greek, or other original language works, because after all very few users would get excited over that.
But maybe it is PBB's of public domain works that Logos has compiled in house.
Either way, I'm very weary of being taunted, I'll stop back in a week or so...

Now that you bring up that point, let's talk about it. I would recommend you get your place in line secured BEFORE you go telling your Alma mater and wide circle of friends. But that is not possible until it hits the Pre-Pub page. My guess is the academic community has more time to devote to watching the Pre-Pub page than most Logos regulars. Dan did recommend that course of action.
You are almost correct Lynden, "It is as free to the user as it will get." I say "almost" because I am willing to make Timothy's satisfaction guarantee even better. If Timothy Ha gets this resource and does not like it, I will send him $10 USD for trying it.

I am not sure I am excited about it. Sure, I would like 3k books, or whatever it ends up being, but I am not sure I would do with them. It is not something I've pursued and I suppose I don't totally understand what it is.

Darcy, I did not do Twitter before this week either. I had to create my first Twitter account just for this bit of news. I presently only follow Bob Pritchett, Dan Pritchett, and Logos. Now that I see what it can do I think I will start building a network. When Stephen Smith (Social Networking Guru) asked why we were all so behind the times, I thought Twitter & Facebook were some of those useless kids' things. I now think they are tools with great potential.
Anyhow, I'm suggesting you get a Twitter account just for the lowdown on this big secret. It beats wondering in the dark. And Jerry can ease his guilty conscience.[6]
