It will be great when our Personal Books will be available to the Logos iPad app. In the meantime, when making a Personal Book, I am also making an ePub of the book to read with an ebook reader on my iPad until Logos makes them available.
So there is no reason not to be able to read your PB on the iPad, just not with the Logos app.
