I check my prepubs regularly, and try to adjust my monthly budget accordingly. Today this $200 prepub is listed as shipping on 9/27, when earlier this week it was still gathering interest:

I may have to cancel this one.
I am sure that some resources take longer to get ready; others show more demand. Obviously this was one that Logos was working on previously.
I am in the same boat as you there are several items that did the same thing. I too am on a budget and use this to figure out what I can and can't buy and going from A-Z overnight has caught me off guard, I bought other resources based on nothing was coming and now they are!
I feel your pain! It hurts to pass on great buys, but as the economy gets worse, I am afaid these shocks will get harder on me.
In Christ,
Jim
I am in the same boat as you so i sympathise.
ARGHHHHH!!! "Pain" and "Logos pre-pubs" are so synonymous to me that the other day I kicked my toes on the couch and I was heard muttering under my breath "pre-pub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
This month has been nearly as painful to me as when I passed up http://www.logos.com/product/5734/anchor-yale-bible-reference-library. The only redeeming factor was I own most in dead tree anyhow.
Thankfully, I have only cancelled one pre-pub this month http://www.logos.com/product/8831/learn-to-do-word-studies-with-logos-bible-software, with the only solace being it is a "prequel" to the Heb/Gk word studies DVD's that I already own.
I am really looking forward to http://www.logos.com/product/7076/introducing-new-testament-discourse-grammar-video-series, as I purchased http://www.logos.com/product/7659/greek-new-testament-discourse-bundle a while ago, and really want to explore this field more.
God bless my fellow L4 pre-pub pain feelers (for want of better terminology). If it eases your pain a little, I was just made redundant from my employment...the only positive being I just finished my last payment for the plans I had. God is good!!!

I am in the same boat - I have cancelled three items this month. At least one of those I wanted badly, but my budget would not allow them. It is part of being with LOGOS.
Peace to you!
To my fellow commiseraters: I, too, regret having to cancel my pre-pub for this resource!
It just came up too quickly for me to handle it! *no smile*
